Home Modifications

Persons with disabilities have the right to participate in their lives independently – including staying in their own home. However, being able to stay in your own home can be a challenge if you are a person with a disability.

Small changes for lasting independence

“Home modifications” covers a variety of updates and additions to a consumer’s home, big and small. A small modification can make a huge difference in utilizing your home effectively and independently. Something as simple as handrails and grab bars can be considered an accessible home modification for our consumers.
